When we decided to consolidate our 4 Buffalo offices to one central location in Buffalo, we started with two large gutted open floors that needed a complete build out. Hiring the architect was only the first step. The finished product - the part that the client notices was done superbly by Carol and her team. Since neither Steve nor I have any particular skill in choosing wall coverings, furniture, carpeting, paint color etc, we let Carol and Heather essentially make the choices for us and we are both glad we did. We receive frequent compliments from our clients and visitors.
When I decided to build my new home there were so many decisions to be made I quickly realized I had neither the time or expertise to do it, so I hired Carol and Heather to design and manage the project. They worked closely with the contractors and tradesmen to ensure the project went smoothly, all the fine details were addressed, always looking out for my best interests. They attended to every detail including all the finishes, furnishings, linens and accessories. It was exciting to walk into a completely furnished, ready to live in home. I would highly recommend Schaper Associates for any interior design project.

This year we were able to complete the renovation of our step down unit. With the assistance of your organization we now have comfortable, attractive rooms for our patients. The design and colors that you have chosen truly encourage the health, healing and well being of the patient. We would be pleased to show these rooms to any prospective client.
I would like to thank you and your staff for all the time and careful attention to detail that made this project so successful.
The Kaleida Breast Center at Women & Children’s Hospital has just celebrated its one – year anniversary since opening last summer and I wanted to let you how often we are complimented on our beautiful office.
You made the Center’s environment truly homelike. Patients and visitors continue to comment on how soothing and calming the suite feels. The furniture, colors and textures you choose created an atmosphere that is pleasant and comfortable for patients and staff.

Through an extensive, design collaboration between Tanglewood Manor Inc. and Schaper Associates, Memory Garden was created and opened in memory of Louis Ferreri, the original founder of Tanglewood Manor. Incorporating Schaper’s comforting, home like design with our specifically constructed program for those with Alzheimer’s has proved rewarding for both us, as well as the families we provide care for.

Dear Carol & Team,
Carol has created a beautiful patients waiting room and very elaborate conference room for our department. I know that any company that employs Schaper Associates will be very pleased with the finished product.
"We've worked with Heather McNaughton ever since we moved into our house in 2005. She has worked on some aspect of nearly every room in our home. Her design choices for our rooms have been perfect. She is able to listen to our ideas, build upon and improve them in ways we could not have done ourselves. With Heather's expertise, we've transformed our outdated 1970's house into a comfortable and stylish home."
